Using a Lunar PIXImus software, the Bone mineral density (BMD) and fat composition (% fat) and total tissue mass (TTM) were determined in the regions of interest (ROI, i.e., whole body, vertebrae, and both femurs). Measurements: Body Length, Left Femur Bone Mineral Content, Left Femur Bone Mineral Density, Left Thigh Percent Fat, Left Thigh Tissue Mass, Percent Body Fat, Right Femur Bone Mineral Content, Right Femur Bone Mineral Density, Right Thigh Percent Fat, Right Thigh Tissue Mass, Total Body Bone Mineral Content, Total Body Bone Mineral Density, Total Lean Body Mass, Total Tissue Mass, Vertebrae Bone Mineral Content, Vertebrae Bone Mineral Density
